Responsibilities

• Handle daily general accounting duties
• Administrative support including data entry and filing
• Assist in preparing regular reports or accounting documentation
• Ad-hoc support by account manager is necessary

Requirements

• F.5, DSE or above with LCCI Level II or above
• At least 1-2 years relevant accounting experience on A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, etc
• Proficient in MS Office Excel is an advantage
• Mature, self-motivated and detail oriented with strong analytical mind
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good numeric sense and detailed-mind
• Detail-minded, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
