Requirements: 

• HKCEE or above
• 2 years or above clerical working experience  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Good communication skills  
• Able to work independently  
• Well-organized and attention to details
• Familiar with MS Excel and Word 
• Immediate available

Responsibilities: 

• Report to Department Head 
• Prepare and review maintenance agreements on schedule 
• Prepare and update the annual maintenance fee for customers 
• Working with internal sale team on agreement
• Liaise with contractors for quotation of support services as necessary 
• Ensure agreement approval procedures by complying with business requirements
• Report progress report regularly  
• Ad Hoc duties as assigned
