To cope with our continuous business expansion, we are now recruiting a tax manager for our Hong Kong office.  The job duties of this post cover, mainly, China tax and transfer pricing matters of our operating entities in mainland China and Hong Kong tax matters of our Hong Kong entities.  This job has excellent exposures including domestic and cross border tax optimization, project investment and acquisition, business reorganization, transfer pricing studies, due diligence, tax advice for overseas offices, tax compliance, etc. 

For this post, we require that applicant should possess/be:

1. Good degree, professional accountancy qualification, preferably also with certified tax adviser qualification.
2. Around 6-8 years of China tax working experience (focus on corporate tax and transfer pricing).  Hong Kong tax experience and Big 4 background will be advantages.
3. Good technical knowledge with hands-on experience.
4. Hardworking and willing to take challenges at a demanding working environment.
5. Ability to see and analyse issues from a broad perspective.
6. Team work spirit with good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Willing to travel to mainland China frequently.
8. Fluent in English and Putonghua.
