Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts;
2. Prepare cash flow forecast and budgeting;
3. Assist in project management;
4. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

 Job Requirements:

1. Qualified accountant with at least 3 years' experience in Accounting; 
2. Solid accounting/auditing experience in Big 4 firms with in-house Chinese-based listed company / property developer firms will be advantageous; 
3. Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing;
5. Knowledge of accounting software (Flex System) is an advantage;
6. Team player, good coordination, and communication skills;
7. Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize;
8. Applicants with less relevant experience will be considered for Accounting Officer.
9. Immediate available is highly preferred.
