Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Accounting team helps internal leaders with fixed assets accounting and asset management, financial reporting, accounting research and analysis, statutory and regulatory reporting, and data security. As part of the team, you’ll assist with monthly closings, financial analysis, oversight and management of controls and compliance, tax and cash projections and data security.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day general account duties
• Responsible for data input, accounts payable or receivables
• Assist in inter-territory billing matters
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare accounts analysis
• Assist to handle full set of books and compile management reports
• Assist in year-end audit and profits tax filing
• Assist the budgeting process
• Perform any other duties as required
• Perform other ad-hoc reports and accounting related work as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher diploma/ Associate degree or above. Accounting education background.
• With minimum 1 year of accounting experience in foreign invested company.
• Good internal and external relationship management skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English (CET-6 is preferred) & Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Office, SUN System experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge and strong interest in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and can work independently.
• Bright, team players, who work effectively under pressure.
