Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing consolidated financial statements, financial analysis and related schedules
- Assist in interim and annual reporting
- Coordinate annual company audit, tax filing and compliance matters
- Support daily operations in finance function for overseas business units
- Handle inter-company billing and reconciliation
- Liaise with external auditors
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of solid accounting or auditing experience. Experience in listed company in retail, F&B or FMCG industry will be preferred
- Good knowledge of HKFRS and consolidation process
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Dynamic AX
