Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Business Planning & Business Support Branch in Financial Control (HK) of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support management accounting functions including the month-end/ year-end closing, budget compilation and preparation of management reports, etc.
- Assist in internal control related matters and proper database maintenance
- Assist in system enhancement and process improvement on accounting operations and other ad-hoc assignments or initiatives
- Provide advisory services relating to accounting to internal customers
- Provide day-to-day office and administrative support
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably a member of a recognized accountancy body
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge in Power Automate and Power Query would be an advantage
- Experience in using ERP system, e.g. SAP or Oracle is preferred
