Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the Finance and accounting functions;
• Lead a team to perform financial reporting, management accounting, forecasting, and treasury;
• Drive the company long-term and short-term strategic plan;
• Analyze key performance indicators to measure business and operation performance;
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies;
• Ongoing review of internal business proves, internal control, efficiency evaluation, and manage the changes to processes and procedures ad required;
• Overall rick management on finance, tax, legal, and banking areas.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Qualified Accountant with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, of which 5 years at managerial level;
• High integrity and good communication & influencing skills;
• Mature, presentable and meticulous, demonstrating a proactive approach, problem solving minded and able to work under pressure;
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices;
• Proficient in computer skills with ability to implement and control financial systems and processes;
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong leadership to build team morale and improve capability;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager;
• Station in Hong Kong with regular travel to subsidiaries in China.
