To cope with the Company's rapid expansion, we invite high caliber professional to join us:

Accounting Officer / Senior Accounting Officer (Our Ref: GSSV/AC/082201)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts & prepare month end and year end closing;
• Prepare financial statements, management and regulatory FRR report;
• Perform daily monitoring and reporting of the liquid capital according to the FRR;
• Responsible for preparing various regular reports including daily and monthly financial analysis report and other ad hoc reports for management’s review in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 years working experience in securities firm or sizable financial institution;
• Solid experience in securities accounting, FRR and SFC preparation is a must;
• Good knowledge in SFC / HKEx rules and regulations;
• Ability to work under pressure and prepare reports with high quality within tight deadlines;
• Attention to details, strong analytical mind and problem solving skills, with good interpersonal, communications skills;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer.
