Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Account payable updating, cheque issuing, preparation of journal entries, data input and filing vouchers;
- Review, process and record monthly bills transactions & invoices;
- Perform month-end closing procedures for accounts payable;
- preparation of monthly bank reconciliation;
- Perform general accounting duties.
- Perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- HKCEE or HKDSE with 5 passes with Certificate/ Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 5 years accounting experience in Accounting work;
- preferably with experience in handling full set of accounts;
- Able to work independently;
- Strong communication skills..
- Proficient in MS office, knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is preferable
The applicant who has less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk.
