Job Requirements

• Degree / Associate Degree in Accounting Studies
• 2-3 years accounting experience in AP, AR operation
• Experience in month-end closing would be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Self-motivated, dynamics, team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good communication of English and conversational Mandarin
• Fresh university graduates in accounting are also considered

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily accounting support and payable & receivable functions
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and prepare journal & vouchers
• Handle payment arrangement and verify invoices with overseas vendors
• Assist in account closing and updating proper accounting data in the system
