Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Large Local F&B, 5day! Competitive Salary Package

Our client is a large local F&B Group in HK. They are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior executive team:

Responsibilities:

• Support the management in implementing strategic business plans, yearly plan and tax strategies, capital requests and budgeting processes, cash balances and cash forecasts, fund investment and performance measures to support the strategic direction
• Set up comprehensive financial management system in the company and formulate various processes, systems, norms and related management documents
• Analyze the overall company's financial status, and conduct consistent and timely assessments of  business activities for decision making
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reports consolidation, reporting accurate financial results to the company
• Ensure compliance with global and local related policies and procedures, identify gaps and provide equitable solutions to protect the rights of shareholders
• Prepare tax-related matters according to tax regulations and actual business operation
• Formulate securities investment plans, such as adjusting investment portfolios
• Maintain good relations with external parties, such as taxation and financial institutions
• Review and approve business plans, agreements and contracts such as plans of company's budget, income, expenditure, loans & financial statement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related discipline, with a qualification in HKICPA / ACCA
• At least 12 years of financial management experience, of which 8 years in managerial positions in sizable companies, F&B experience is a plus
• Good understanding / perspective of Finance operating model and corporate finance management
• Knowledgeable in technical accounting and investment operation, high sense of business acumen.
• Strong in budget-control, financial planning and risk management
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and business partnership skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
