A Personal Assistant to Filmmaker and CEO of a wellness platform (station in Melbourne)

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Provide all-rounded support including business and personal matters
• Assist on projects follow up and to work with different parties to meet new project timelines
• Assist on daily operations, project management,  and documentation
• Meet tight deadline independently
• Carry out ad hoc projects when required
• Organize and keeping on top of schedules
• Research on different topics and provide summary
• Email liaising and correspondence
• Assisting with video and photoshoots
• Booking accommodation & travel
• Photograph behind the scenes
• Meeting notes
• Scheduling meeting, flights etc
• Potential travel opportunities
• Opportunity to stay on in the future and move into creative or business side of the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 2 years' working experiences 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: English
• Must be highly detail-oriented And organized with excellent project management skills
• Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a busy workload
• Immediate available is preferred
• A problem solver, positive and can do attitude
• Part time casual with potential to be full time after few months.
