Role Purpose

• Provide administrative support to the IT&D team;
• Closely work with IT Managers in carrying out daily coordination and communication on invoice verification issues;
• Closely monitor budget approval status and prepare Payment Requisition Form (PRF) for invoice processing;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to deal with disputable invoices until invoice being settled;
• Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc project as assigned by the team. 

The Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline;
• 1 year of related working experience is preferred, fresh graduate or final year student will also be considered;
• Attention to details and well organized;
• Good at MS Office;
• Willing to support different projects;
• Able to work for minimum 2 days per week.

Please note that with effect from 1 June 2022 onwards, all HK Express employees and contractors who work in Cathay House and all other Cathay Group Company premises in Hong Kong must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Being tested regularly for COVID-19 is not an option. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
