Job Duties

• Handle daily accounting functions (incl. AP, Assets, Sales & Inventory)
• Responsible for month-end closing and preparing annual Financial Statements
• Handle and control all payment transactions and ensure short-term liquidity
• Manage IC transactions and able to consolidate of PL, BS and CF upon management request
• Manage the AP and liaise with both internal and external parties
• Support preparing financial reporting and resolutions to shareholders 
• Support internal risks management by monitoring the internal control system and cashflows
• Responsible for annual audit and tax filing

1. Basic Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience as Accountant or equivalent

2. Knowledge

• Experience with multiple GAAP ledgers is an advantage
• MS Dynamics BC knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in identifying, mitigating and preventing liquidity risks
• Group consolidation experience is an advantage
• Compliance & Data privacy knowledge is an advantage

• MS Office proficiency (Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Eager to learn and take new tasks in order to obtain professional development
