Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing
• Prepare different routine reports for management analysis purpose
• Work closely with different hotel and regional teams for inter-company transaction reconciliation
• Assist in interim/annual audits and tax filing
• Assist in group budgeting process and other group exercises
• Assist to monitor the loan covenants/undertakings
• Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with a degree in accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field
• Prior experience in hospitality/real estate industry is highly preferred but not a must
• Internal audit experience will be an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is preferred
