• Responsible for daily accounting operations and transactions, including preparation of vouchers, cheques, accounts schedules and reconciliation, and following up outstanding items and data entry
• Work closely with internal users and follow up payable related matters and outstanding invoices with vendors
• Assist month-end closing and prepare related schedules and reconciliation
• Prepare other reports and assist in special/ ad hoc projects as required or requested by supervisor

•  Diploma in Accountancy or above with at least 3 years of solid accounting experience
•  Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on accounting software experience
•  Good command of spoken and written in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
•  Self-motivated, independent, and able to communicate effectively with all levels
•  Immediate available is highly preferred
