You are:
- Involved in our sales management and development programs
- Engaged in Individual Financial and Retirement Planning (including High Net Worth clients )
- Engaged in MPF Corporate Clients
- Exposed to Team Building and Management
- Sound business experience in accounting, banking, finance, sales, marketing, management field, people facing, or as a business owner will definitely have advantage
- Coaching and team building experiences will have added advantage
- Worked / Studied overseas
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and Hong Kong ID card holder
- Mainland working experience is a plus
- Less experience will be considered Assistant Manager

About the recruiting manager:
You will be reporting to a seasoned professional who is a CPA, with over 20 years Multi-national corporations experience in the financial services industry. He is a Senior Unit Manager, leading over 10 professional team members. He received Insurance Industry Top Management Award (GAMA). He is also capable to close large cases (single commission HKD 150K).
