Job Responsibilities:

• Handle import/export L/C
• Cash flow controlling & ODI application
• Monthly cash/bank balance/cash flow forecasting to HQ
• Full administration support for retail business
• Full sets of book (A/R, A/P, inventory, bank reconciliation, staff travelling report checking & all accounting expenses), analysis report, monthly regional consolidation report
• Annual budget
• Prepare full info/breakdown & liaise with auditor for completing local statutory audit/taxation in HK, Macau & Singapore (total 6 companies)
• Communicate with banker for annual review of banking facility & business update

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• Professional Accounting qualifications is preferred
• At least 5 years relevant experience in retail accounting (experience in Fashion Brand / Department Store is a plus)
• Proficiency in SAP & MS Excel
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Proactive with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Well organized, independent, self-motivated and strong team player
