Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare bookkeeping for Jebsen and Company and other holding companies
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing
- Conduct financial analysis for Group management reporting
- Communicate with business lines for group consolidation, analysis and management reporting
- Prepare Group management reports and management meeting materials
- Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements of Jebsen Group companies for audit and tax filing
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external auditors for statutory audit of Jebsen Group companies
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- University graduate in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of audit/accounting experience in commercial finance
- Preferably with Big 4 experience
- Professional qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent is necessary
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Team player, good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and independently
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with finance and reporting systems, preferably Oracle ERP and QlikView
