Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform data input and verification
  • Process  various  types  of  customer  service  requests  and  refund  requests  relating  to Octopus products
  • Process card application requests
  • Prepare reports for daily reconciliation
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support
  • Carry out works according to predefined operating procedures and service standards
  • Support projects and user acceptance test
Requirements:
  • HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects passed (Grade E/Level 2) including English, Chinese and
  • Mathematics
  • Minimum 1 year clerical working experience  
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel processing
  • Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed, not less than 35 wpm
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Experience of working in financial institutions is an advantage
