Job Requirements

• University graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 4-5 years relevant experience in daily accounting operation
• Experience in managing AP, AR and intercompany reconciliation
• Previous experience in month-end closing, preferably in trading industry
• Detail-oriented, energetic, well-organized and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel and accounting software
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Handle general accounting functions including AP, AR transactions
• Perform intercompany reconciliation and prepare cashflow reports
• Provide support on preparing outstanding statements and aging reports
• Responsible for preparing financial reports and monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in month-end closing and updating accounting data in the system
