Major Job Duties 主要工作职责:

(A) Assist Chief Financial Officer in the following areas of work协助财务总监以下工作:

• Arranging internal and external communication and coordination of work开展内部和外部沟通和协调工作
• Handling daily arrangement, such as expense reimbursement, daily travel arrangements, etc.处理费用报销，日常差旅安排等工作
• Assisting in the process of handling major financial contract/documentation, such as communication with relevant stakeholders and application for stamping协助重大财务合同/文件沟通及申请盖章
• Assisting in business development协助业务发展

(B) Assist Finance Department in the following financial related work协助财务部有关财务相关工作

• Handling bank account management, payment and cheque arrangement银行账户管理并处理付款事项及支票管理
• Collecting and preparing fund statements and bank reconciliation statementbased on requirement and needs of the Company / management根据公司管理需求收集并编制资金报表及银行余额调节表
• Handling full set of accounts and reports for designated subsidiaries of the Company部分子公司的账务处理及报表工作
• Assisting in preparation of month-end reporting and related financial analysis协助财务月结及月度财务分析的部分工作
• Assisting in annual and interim report preparation 协助预备年度和半年度年报

(C) Other work as arranged by the supervisor上级安排的其他工作

Minimum Requirements 基本要求:

• Bachelor degree or above, graduated from a well-known institution in Mainland China (other than Hong Kong and Macau) preferred本科毕业或以上，中国国内（非香港及澳门地区）知名院校毕业优先；
• Post-graduated qualification in accounting or finance, with CICPA, HKCPA or ACCA an advantage具备香港会计或财务相关专业研究生学历、拥有CICPA、HKCPA或ACCA资格更佳
• 2 years and above financial related working experience, familiar with international accounting standards, Hong Kong tax regulations, etc. Fresh graduate with good learning attitude may also be considered具备2年及以上出纳或财务相关工作经验、熟悉国际会计准则、香港税务法规等；学习态度良好的毕业生也会考虑
• Good professionalism, excellent communication and coordination skills with team spirit良好的职业素养、优秀的沟通协调能力和团队精神；
• Good command of spoken and writing skills in both Chinese (Putonghua) and English良好的中文（普通话）及英文读写说能力
• 0-3 years of experience
• IANG preferred
