Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable and related duties;
• Handle daily payment, funding, and voucher entries;
• Assist Accountants in month-end closing, preparing bank reconciliations and accounting schedules;
• Ensure timeliness of payments and compliance with applicable accounting policy of the company;
• Provide support on general accounting routines; and
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder with LCCI Intermediate or above;
• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and strong sense of responsibility;
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in MS Excel;
• Knowledge in FlexAccount would be an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates with higher qualifications or more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer; and
• Immediately available highly preferred
