Job Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations (AR, AP, GL);
• Responsible for issuing customer billings including liaison with Client Relations Managers;
• Assist in month end closing;
• Provide clerical support to the team including filing and copying;
• Any Ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance & Accounting or related discipline;
• Relevant working experience is an advantage;
• Experience in using Flex System preferred but not essential;
• Proficiency in computer application e.g. MS word and Excel;
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Mature, responsible and willing to work under guideline;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Fresh graduates and students are also welcome.
