Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial to Admin Officer and administrative supports to CS and Accounting Dept.
• Handle incoming phone calls, invoicing bi-weekly and training course enrollment for our professional healthcare personnel or business correspondence
• Input and update order data & Personal particulars into the computer system
• Assist in preparing report schedule
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 2 years or above related working experience
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, especially Excel)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Shift holiday at invoicing period, depend on the task(s) in the company
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
