Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations including AR or AP duties
- Assist in monthly financial and internal management review reports preparation including income statement, bank book, AR/AP reports, cash flow statement, expense analysis report and fixed asset register
- Prepare general ledger and accounting entries
- Monitor outstanding balance of AR and AP and follow up for settlement
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Form 5/Form 6 with LCCI level or Diploma/Certificate holder in accounting or related disciplines
- 1-2 years' relevant experience in accounting
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge in accounting system is an advantage
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Immediate available is highly preferable
