Senior Business Administrator/ Assistant Business Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review Tender / Contract / Quotation
• Follow up purchase order from customers and create orders in the system
• Arrange delivery to customers and issue customer invoices
• Place purchase order to supplier and follow-up shipment
• Support Month-end closing and forecast reporting
• Prepare monthly reports and cost controlling
• Collaborate with sales & project manager for tender / quotations process
• Act as partner to business in providing suggestions / solutions for business scenarios
• Ensure transactions comply with internal guidelines and accounting standards

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in business / accounting related positions.
• High degree of computer literacy, especially in Excel, and proficient in SAP applications
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, result and quality orientation
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Immediately available will be an advantage
