Job Description
Job Nature:
- Maintain and follow up records in the sales system, including invoicing, sales contract and work proof follow up;
- Assist supervisor to prepare month-end closing procedures; and
- Preform ad-hoc assignments as required
Characters / Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Accounting;
- 2 years relevant working experience;
- Proactive, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong numerical sense with proficient in using accounting software & MS Office, experience in Flex System is a definite advantage;
- Good command of English and Cantonese is preferred
