Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor Full Set of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Perform daily accounting operation including voucher input, sales data entry and stock take reconciliation
• Prepare cashflow, propose payment schedule and prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in administrative works including office repair and maintenance and placing order for office supplies and stationery
• Supervise junior accounts staff in daily operation
•  Assist in ad-hoc assignments as when required

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with the experiences in ERP applications
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Immediate available is highly preferred
