Job Description

Key Objective:

This job contributes to company success through supporting the accounts receivable function for the Share Service Centre for Asia Pacific markets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage SAP/ POS sales and AR reconciliation through Adyen tool
  • Internal debit note process
  • Clean B/S maintenance in accounting book
  • Participate in AR process improvements
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in accounting and student member of professional body preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in sizable organizations or MNCs
  • Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Attention to details with good analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent Excel skill
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Accountant
