Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, mailing, greeting/serving clients and visitors in good manner
• Provide all-round office administration support and prepare monthly reports such as petty cash record and filing, etc.
• Handle office equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement and vehicle licenses renewal
• Outdoor work maybe required
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Business Administration / Management or related disciplines
• 3 years of solid experience in office administration
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Detailed oriented, able to work independently and manage multi-tasks
• Immediate available is preferred
