Job Description
Role Purpose:
Our Assistant Accountant is responsible for daily accounting duties and support the team to implement effective internal control procedures.

What you will be handling:
- Handle daily accounting duties including payment collection, reconciliation, reports and analysis
- Liaise with business owners across departments / countries to ensure on time collection of information to meet deadlines
- Ensure data inputted in Company’s accounting system are reconciled and compliance with established accounting policies, rules & procedures
- Participate in the preparation of financial and managerial reports, including aging report, financial analyses, forecasting, cash flow review, audit and taxation
- Be on the lookout constantly for ways to improve system processes
- Detail-orientated with good sense for numbers
- Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
- Good analytical skill and ability to bring about change
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
- Passionate in connecting with people and adopting high level of interpersonal skills
- Degree holder in Accounts or equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable in multi-national companies
- Experience in SAP system is advantageous
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
