Job Description

Accounting Assistant (Account Receivable)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle/ assist with producing various reports for management on debtor’s status and cash flow. Perform month-end closing & prepare periodic schedules relating to AR and cash flow.
Assist with the development and enforcement of the company credit policy, credit control, factoring, internal control policies, guidelines and procedures.
Handle any finance related tasks to be assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting / LCCI Level 2 or above
3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and MNC is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin
Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word Immediate available is highly preferred
