Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound warm calls for renewing service contracts for existing clients
• Answer & follow up clients' inquiries with proactive efforts
• Communicate between client and Auditor and handle collect the account and audit document.
• Provide administrative support to the team includes data entry, typing, photocopying, filing, report, and other administration duties
• Ad hoc job

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Well organized, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn;
• Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered
