Responsibilities:

•          To provide all-round HR support include but not limited to Payroll, Taxation, Recruitment, C&B, Performance Management, Engagement, Training & Activities.
•          To provide professional HR advise to company and colleagues
•          Responsible for all-round accounting include but not limited to Payment process and approval, Month-end, Year-end, Budget management and preparation
•          Manage and back-up for your team– 1 Executive and 1 Office Assistant to
•          Responsible for all-round Admin & Office management include but not limited to office maintenance – cleaning and repair, contracts review and renew
•          Responsible for Travel arrangement
•          To provide IT support to the team, such MS office assistant, to resolve simply PC issue, review internet usage etc.
•          Manage remote office – Taiwan & Shanghai
•          Work closer to UK HQ for any new arrangement / decision and apply to Asia office
•           

Requirement:

•          U grad
•          At least 5 years solid experience
•          Proficiency in MS office, including Sharepoint, power apps etc.
•          Fluent in both Spoken & Written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
•          Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skill, Self-motivated, Proactive, hands-on with problem solving mindset, detailed person
•          With “can-do” attitude and willing to take on challenges
