Assistant Accounting Officer / Accounts Clerk (Full-time/ Part-time)

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is a statutory body established by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2008, responsible for developing the West Kowloon Cultural District. 

Period: 1 year (Renewable)
Location: West Kowloon Cultural District

- Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (5 days per week)

- Part-time working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (2-3 days per week or at least 20 hours per week)

You will be responsible for:

• performing daily accounting functions for accounts receivable and payable, including data entry, billing and invoice/ vouchers handling;
• assisting in month-end closing activities and preparing supporting schedules;
• supporting other ad hoc assignments and other general administrative duties as required.

You should:

• have HKCEE / DSE / Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines;
• have relevant working experience;
• have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• be familiar with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word; and
• have strong sense of responsibility and be a team player.

Immediate availability is preferred.  Fresh graduate with strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
