Responsibilities:

• Perform general full set of accounts duties
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transaction
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Assist in report preparation
• Liaise with internal and external parties, auditors for auditing tasks or reporting/analysis
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• With minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting role
• Experience in manufacturing & trading firm will be an advantage
• Proficiency in computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word etc.
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Positive work attitude, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Quick learner with good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
