Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounting, controlling and taxation operations, including group reporting, treasury function, taxation, consolidation, financial reporting, audit, etc.;
• Prepare and justify timely of cash flow forecast, budget, cost, P&L analysis, etc., for management review;
• Familiar with the daily operation of SFC Type 1, 4, 9 business and PE, VC funds;
• Prepare FRR Reporting (Type 1,4,9);
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Qualified Certified Public Accountants is preferred;
• With minimum 4 years relevant experience in SFC licenced firm or fund accounting is preferred;
• Audit experience from Big 4 is a plus;
• PC literacy with knowledge in computerized accounting system;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked;
• Immediately available preferred.
