About the Client

Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is an aggressively expanding corporate in the infrastructure industry with operations in Mainland China and Asia. To continue with their business strategy, they are looking for an experienced CFO to join the management team and be a core member in the IPO.

About the Role

Reporting into the CEO, you will be fully responsible for the operations finance department as well as handle the IPO project. You will develop organisational strategies by contributing financial data, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction. You will also work with the CEO on any related project financing activities as well as play a critical part in Corporate Finance and Treasury. In addition, you should maximise return on invested funds by identifying any future investment opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Accounting or related subjects with a recognized CPA qualification. You should have at least 20 years progressive track record of success and acquired at least 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing or infrastructure industries with IPO experience. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential.
