Responsibilities:

• prepare accounts and financial reports, including general ledger accounting entries, account receivable, account payable, related party transactions;
• Prepare monthly management reports, budgeting and forecasting;
• Prepare monthly financial report package including profit and loss accounts, statement of financial positions, cash flow statements; analyze and provide commentary on the key accounts;
• Perform periodical physical stock count and variance reconciliation;
• Perform RPT reconciliation and bank reconciliation;
• Maintain proper documentation of financial record;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• 5 year's relevant working experience with good knowledge of international accounting standards and practices. Fewer experiences can be considered as Assistant Accountant.
• Full set accounting experience is preferred
• Experience in listed companies will be an advantage
• Proactive, independent, persistent and able to work under pressure to meet deadline with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge of NAV (ERP system) preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred.
