Who We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Accounting Officer to join NTT DATA’s global payment hub, which is headquartered in Hong Kong. This is an exciting and key role in the global organization and reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager in Hong Kong.  This role will be responsible for the handling daily accounting tasks and working together with other members in Finance department.

Job Description

• Handle daily accounting duties such as data entry, voucher preparation and records keeping;
• Perform treasury duties including payments, receipts and bank reconciliations;
• Check and process staff expense claims and reimbursements;
• Assist in month end closing and compiling of management reports;
• Check and reconcile intercompany transaction balances;
• Assist in data input under accounting system migration project;
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated with related disciplines in Accounting or LCCI Higher (3rd level);
• Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in book-keeping
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written), Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage;
• Familiar with ACCPAC is an advantage but not a must;
• Familiar with MS Office, especially proficiency in Excel;
• Willing to work in a small team with fast pace;
• Well-organized team player and willing to learn;
• Proactive, dynamic, good at multi-tasking and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
