Job Description

• Responsible for all month end closing activities at the group level to ensure timely submission
• Provide overall financial advice and support to our banking businesses
• Regular review of financial statements and management reports of our business units and ensure in line with the Group's policies and guidelines
• Handle full set of financial statements of the group companies, including maintenance and reconciliation of accounts and balances and preparation of statutory accounts and financial reports to investors
• Ensure accounting operations of business units in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
• Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and analyze variations from budget
• Handle tax computations and tax returns
• In charge of statutory audit and liaise with external auditors

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience with solid Big 4 background and proven commercial experience of not less than 3 years in management and/or financial reporting
• Solid regional work experience in multinational corporations
• Experience in banking and finance industry is a must
• In-depth knowledge of HKFRS or IFRS
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
