• Handing daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records
• Prepare reconciliation schedule e.g. bank reconciliation, prepayment schedule
• Especially monthly closing, AR & AP transactions
• Assist for cheques issue and prepare payment vouchers
• Responsible for the daily accounting functions including payment / treasury and cash management
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance or above
• A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant working experience is preferred
• Exposure in F&B/ FMCG industry is advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skills, detail-minded and independent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
