• Handling billing operations, accounts receivables and payables specific to media industry.
• Issue and dispatch the sales invoices properly, accurately, timely and in compliance with client requirements.
• Record accounts payable and handle vendor payment.
• Maintain inventory record.
• Prepare invoicing and cost reconciliation.
• Perform accounting function such as data entry and bank reconciliation, etc.
• Ad-hoc assignments and duties as required.

Requirements

• Preferably college / university graduate in Accounting with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Good written and spoken command in both Chinese and English.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, responsible, strong follow up skills and well organized.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediately availability is preferred.
