Job Description
- Job Duties
- Handle office administration and accounting duties;
- Prepare internal and external correspondences;
- Work with Auditor;
- Handle clients’ enquiries & complaints;
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Administration and Accounting Assistant
- Fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Proficient PC skills such as Word and Excel;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Perform all tasks as assigned by the management from time to time;
- Complete administration and accounting tasks and reports before deadlines;
- Job location: Tsuen Wan
