Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead different ESG engagements including but not limited to ESG consulting services, ESG Assurance, ESG benchmarking, ESG due diligence, carbon, stakeholder engagement, waste and water management, green finance and other ESG related subjects
- Prepare ESG/Sustainability reports in compliance with various standards/guidelines such as HKEx ESG / TCFD / GRI G4 / AA1000 / ISO 26000 / OSHA / ISO 14064 guidelines
- Maintain relationships with key client personnel to obtain an understanding of business operations, processes and functions
- Provide coaching to junior team member and review working papers
- Understand market trend and proactively develop new service offerings
- Provide training or seminar on ESG related topics
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in CSR Management, Environmental Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience. In-depth experience in Carbon Accounting, ESG/GRI reporting. Knowledge and experience in Green Finance project will have a positive impact on remuneration package
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is essential
- Willing to travel
- Candidate with more experience and knowledge will be considered as Senior Manager
