Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operation including data input and filing;
• Handle monthly management accounts on timely basis;
• Prepare year end closing and audit schedules
• Prepare bank reconciliation, vouchers and cheques
• Assist to handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 7, diploma / higher diploma in Accounting field or relevant discipline
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience; candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP is preferred
• Good Computer literacy in using Excel
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Excel and Word, Chinese Typing
• Well-organized, detailed minded and responsible
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
