Job duties:
- Prepare invoices
- Manage and ensure matters are set up for billing
- Work closely with the team, lawyers, and clients on billing related matters for Hong Kong and Singapore offices

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of accounts payable/ billing experience 
- Team player, eager to learn, proactive
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage pressure and work under tight timeline
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

About the Company:
This is an exciting regional billing opportunity at an offshore law firm. They are looking for candidate with 1 to 3 years of AP/ billing experience. You will be working in a team of 7 to handle the billing matters for Hong Kong and Singapore. Stable and supportive work environment with very attractive salary & benefits package.
