Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1 Manage Accounts Receivable for HK Branch
2 As a PIC for the Accounts Receviables for Asia Pacific Region
3 Communicate within HQ in Italy and Asia Pacific PIC, CS team and sales team on daily operations
4 Prepare monthly DOS report for the HK Branch and combine for Asia Pacific
5 Prepare weekly various reports for the HK Branch and combine for Asia Pacific, with commentary for main variances
6 Conduct Credit Control Check and monitor the credit block
7 Credit review for existing customers twice a year
8 Ensure on time payment from customers and make proper action if any overdues
9 Anaylsis the bad debts risk and make proper provision on yearly basis
10 Conduct journal entry in SAP
11 Update daily cash balance report
12 Prepare Cash in flow forecast on monthly basis
13 Assist month end process and prepare monthly management report, prepare accounts analysis and reconcilition
14 Assist Yearly budgeting and forecasting
15 Adhoc assignment by HQ, Management and Finance Manager
16 Assist yearly audit work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
2 Holder of LCCI higher certificate
3 At least 5 years experiences on Accounts Receivables
4 Experiences on MNC is an assets
5 Hands on in SAP is a MUST
6 Good MS Excel skills such as xlookup, Pivot table...etc
7 Willing to take repsonbilities and adopt new changes, mutli-tasking
8 Proactive, self-motivated adn attentive to details
9 Good interpersonal & communications skills
